The Catholic Church firmly believes that between science and faith not only is there no opposition, but when the Christian faith is properly understood, it is a creator of culture and an inspiring source of science.  Through some of the most studied archaeological objects and topics by the scientists and scholars from all over the world, such as the Shroud of Turin and the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe, this category explores the relations and influences between the Catholic cultures and contemporary science.  From the perspective of Catholic culture, Christianity, theology and philosophy, as well as the influence of cultural and social dynamics, it aims to explore the true meanings which human science cannot prove and are beyond the reach of scientific research.
